At Binho Board, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original Binho Board packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
